The webinar will introduce the audience to the partial discharge detection in rotating machines. Different application will be explored: offline test, on line spot test and permanent monitoring. Sensors and signal management will be discussed together with denoising and PD phenomena separation solutions available with Time-Frequency PD pulse analysis together with an introduction on the data analysis of the PRPD patterns respect to the defects localized in the stator winding. Some real case studies will be presented and analyzed in detail.
